Waters Hall - Major Renovation & Addition
​This project included an addition of 15,400sf and renovation to an historical building of 25,400sf with all systems incorporated in the renovation. This project was designed to mimic and preserve the historical significance of this building while bringing all systems up to code. The building includes teaching and research labs for chemistry and biology.
