Riviera Utilities Eastern Office Headquarters
The project included a 39,000 sf addition attached to the existing 12,000 sf building constructed in 1965.  This project is part of the Riviera Utilities Campus, which contains multiple departments of the company as well as existing warehouses and shop buildings.  It is also a major part of the overall City of Foley Complex containing the Foley City Hall and Foley Public Library, also originally designed by PH&J Architects. Riviera Utilities provides natural gas, drinking water, cable television and electrical service across Baldwin County.

As a 24/7/365 utility, and located near the Gulf Coast, is a hardened facility to protect Riviera’s operations center.
