Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) Tower
The RSA Tower, a 755,700 gsf, 23-story class “A” office building and houses various state agencies.  The tower has become a highly visible architectural landmark and symbolizes the renaissance of downtown Montgomery.

RSA Pavilion Park was created on a small, residual corner lot to pay homage to the City of Montgomery.  The park features bronze plaques that recognize the founder of the city and seven bronze tablets that tell the City’s history in bas relief.

The top of the building houses the notable Capital City Club (26,000 sf) that has become a benchmark for business development and formal dining in Montgomery.
