Headquarters Building
The Headquarters building for the Retirement Systems of Alabama includes approximately 280,000 gsf of new office space for many RSA departments as well as rental space for other state and commercial clients. Included in this facility is a mail receiving facility with separate HVAC system and accommodations for x-ray mail scanning, hazmat containment, and blast panels to protect the building and occupants. The lower floor houses a Baumhower’s Restaurant open to building occupants and the public.
