Phase I - 2009
Complete interior renovations with the relocation of 80% of occupants.  Relocation of Secure Vault and Storage Systems included in this renovation. Repair or replacement of all elevators, electrical, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning systems. Complete renovation and moving of several men’s and women’s restrooms.
 
Phase II - 2012
Renovation of the 3rd floor District Attorney Offices.
 
Phase III - 2017
Renovation of 1st Floor Sheriff’s Communication offices.
 
Phase IV - 2021
Renovations of entry ways and lobby areas.
