The Bobby R. Aderholt Judicial Complex - Addition
This addition to the existing Winston County Courthouse includes a detention facility on the two lower levels and a judicial administration area on a third level. 

The new Jail, that replaces one previously located in the Winston County Courthouse, is located next to the County Courthouse and includes a court room with public access separate from the secure detention facility. A secure holding cell for inmates is provided at the judicial floor.

The detention area includes 124 Beds, the jail administration area, 2 investigators offices, work release area, chief deputy office. A Booking and Intake area provides for all prisoners to be brought in at one location and to be processed efficiently. Other feature include an exercise yard, records area, and property storage.
